Who we are

Doubtclip (“we”) provides an AI service that turns homework and exam doubts into whiteboard-style video explanations. Contact: hello@doubtclip.com.

Data we process

  • Account details you provide when signing in (such as name and email via the auth provider).
  • Questions, images and text you upload to generate solutions and videos.
  • Usage metadata (job status, plan/trial counters, approximate timestamps) to run the product.
  • Technical logs needed for security, debugging and reliability.

How we use data

We use your content to generate explanations and videos you request, to operate accounts and billing/trials, to improve reliability and safety, and to communicate about the service when needed. We do not sell your personal information.

Processors & storage

Generation may involve trusted infrastructure and model providers acting on our instructions. Content and outputs may be stored so you can revisit history and so we can deliver the video you ordered. Retention follows product needs and legal requirements.

Your choices

You may request access or deletion of account-related personal data by emailing hello@doubtclip.com. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention or law.

Children

Doubtclip is aimed at students and families with appropriate supervision for younger learners. If you believe a child has provided data inappropriately, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

International users

We serve students worldwide. Processing may occur in countries different from yours. By using the service you understand that transfers are necessary to operate a global product; we apply reasonable safeguards consistent with our providers’ terms.

Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised version. See also our Terms of Service.
