Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 October 2026

Agreement

By accessing or using Doubtclip, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Doubtclip generates AI-assisted explanations and whiteboard-style videos from questions you submit. Outputs can contain mistakes. You are responsible for verifying results, especially for exams, graded work and safety-critical decisions.

Accounts & plans

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. Free trials, quotas and paid plans are described on the site and may change. Misuse (sharing login credentials at scale, abusing generation limits, or attempting to disrupt systems) may lead to suspension.

Acceptable use & academic honesty

  • Use Doubtclip to learn — not to violate your school or exam board’s rules.
  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or overload the service.
  • You retain responsibility for work you submit to teachers or exam boards.

Intellectual property

The Doubtclip brand, site and software are owned by us or our licensors. You keep rights to content you upload, and grant us a license to process it to provide the service. Generated videos are licensed to you for personal study unless a separate commercial agreement says otherwise.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or exam-score outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of AI outputs.

Worldwide availability

Features may vary by region. You are responsible for complying with local laws where you use the product.
