$\begin{aligned}
& \mathrm{PQ}=\sqrt{\mathrm{OP}^2+\mathrm{OQ}^2} \\
& =\sqrt{13^2+5^2}=12

Tension in the string $\mathrm{T}$, so, $\mathrm{T} \cos \theta=\mathrm{w}$
