Answer: (C) −13.6eV-13.6eV

Energy of Hydrogen like atoms is, E=−13.6Z2n2eVE=\dfrac{-13.6{Z}^{2}}{{n}^{2}}eV.
Since Helium is in the first state, Z=2,n=2Z=2,n=2.
The energy of He+{He}^{+} ion is,
E=−13.6×2222=−13.6eVE=-\dfrac{13.6\times {2}^{2}}{{2}^{2}}=-13.6eV
